1    No need for sample transportation/shipment and so helps in cost reduction.

2    An analysis is onsite.

3    More than one district/block/area can be covered simultaneously.

4    Sample degradation is avoided.

5    Results are accurate and comparable to the static laboratories as methods are essentially the

       same.

6   The mobile laboratory can be used to create awareness about soil tests and benefits thereon,    

    e.g.. Fertilizer recommendations, etc.

7    Remote areas can be covered.
